Terms and Conditions for Training Courses

Thank you for choosing our training programs. By booking a course with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payments

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the course.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Failure to complete the payment by this deadline may result in your reservation being canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • More than 30 Days Before the Course: If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the course start date, 50% of your payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

  • 7 to 29 Days Before the Course: Cancellations made within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your course once without additional charges.

  • Less than 7 Days Before the Course: No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend the course without notifying us in advance, all payments will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your course one time only, provided that you notify us at least 10 working days in advance. Rescheduling requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

4. Equipment and Materials

  • All training materials and equipment will be provided for the duration of the course.

  • Participants are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any course materials without our prior written consent.

5. Attendance and Conduct

  • Participants must attend all scheduled sessions on time and actively participate.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the course without a refund if your behavior is disruptive or does not meet our standards of professionalism.

6. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative arrangement.

7. Refund Processing Fee

  • Where a refund is granted, a processing fee of AUD $75 will be deducted to cover administrative costs.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any personal injuries, lost items, or damages that may occur during the course.

  • By participating, you acknowledge that any procedures taught or practiced during the training are at your own risk.

Welcome to K-Cosmetic Centre (“the Salon”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website

(https://www.k-cosmeticcentre.com.au/). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

1.1 Booking Policy: All appointments require a valid contact number and/or email address for confirmation purposes.

1.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

1.3 Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods. Payment is required at the time of service.

2.2 Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product or service, please notify us immediately for assessment and resolution.

3. Gift Vouchers

3.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

3.2 Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and must be presented at the time of appointment.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Client Responsibility: Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. K-Cosmetic Centre is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information.

4.2 Hygiene: The Salon adheres to strict hygiene and sterilization practices as required by the relevant health authorities.

5. Privacy

5.1 Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Liability

6.1 K-Cosmetic Centre is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the Salon.

6.2 While we strive to ensure the highest quality of service, we are not liable for outcomes that do not meet individual client expectations due to varying factors, including skin type and aftercare compliance.

7. Promotions and Offers

7.1 Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

7.2 K-Cosmetic Centre reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1 K-Cosmetic Centre reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable federal legislation. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
